Microchannel reactors are mainly used in the synthesis process of fine chemicals, the preparation of micro/nano particle materials, and the production of daily and medical chemicals, especially in exothermic reactions, reactions where reactants or products are unstable, and reactants In fields such as rapid reaction, dangerous chemical reaction and high temperature and high pressure reaction with strict ratio requirements, it exhibits excellent performance and great advantages. From the phase state analysis of the reaction substrate, it is suitable for liquid-liquid/gas-liquid reactions, and solid-liquid reactions can also be achieved by means of heating up, solvent dissolution, etc. But it is not very suitable for the reaction of solid participation or formation with high viscosity (above 100cp).

Diversified products are designed and customized services based on actual experiments and usage scenarios to meet the flexible combination and use needs of different users in different scenarios. Continuous equipment routinely consists of four parts: reaction module/heat exchange system, feedback and adjustment system, bracket/skid, etc.
The continuous flow reaction system is in order of raw material storage tank, feed system (metering pump includes: plunger pump, diaphragm pump, peristaltic pump, syringe pump, etc.), reaction system (reactor, heat exchange system/temperature control integrated machine, Paperless recorder), product storage tanks, etc. For gas-liquid reactions, gas cylinders, flow meters, pressure reducing valves, back pressure valves, etc. are also needed; for the required separation and purification operations, additional reflux condensers, extraction separators, etc. can also be added.
The reaction raw materials complete the mixed reaction through micro-channels of different structures. According to the needs, multiple sets of reaction modules can be connected in series/parallel to increase the reaction residence time and increase the output. At the same time, it can also realize the sequential feeding of multiple raw materials, and the heat exchange system can accurately control the temperature of the reaction So as to realize process development and product safety production.
The materials for the temperature and pressure resistant microchannel reactors of Maicuflo include glass, quartz, silicon carbide, metal (316L, HC-276, zirconium, Monel), etc., to meet the needs of different scenarios.
