Introduction

MICROFLU offers a range of flow chemistry testing services at their head offices in China.

Our state-of-the-art laboratories are well-equipped with analytical and process equipment to test and assess customer-specific processes.

Composed of scientists, chemical & mechanical engineers, our team of experts will design, setup and carry out experiments according to your own specific requirements, with  submission of a full report of our findings on completion.

Equipment

MICROFLU house a range of flow chemistry and analytical equipment at their labs at their head offices in China.

As well as the full range of continuous flow reactors, the laboratories are equipped with HPLC, GC-MS and NIR instrumentation for product analysis.

Proof of Concept

Whether you are developing a new chemical process or converting a current process from batch to continuous flow, our team of experts will design, optimise and test your chemical processes. Our continuous flow reactors operate at the laboratory, pilot, or production scale, at our state-of-the-art facilities, situated at our head offices in China.

The chemistry-specific study can be designed to last days or weeks, depending on the scope and requirements of the project. A full report is submitted on completion of the project.

Commercial Feasibility

MICROFLU offer a consultancy service to assist you in assessing the commercial viability of converting a particular process from batch to continuous flow.  Cost savings can include those associated with both capital and operating expenditure such as, energy, space-saving, safety management, reduction in feedstock costs, labour costs and capacity utilisation.

Process Development

MICROFLU can assist in developing and optimising a particular chemical process to improve process efficiency.  This can be part of a process currently employed at your plant, or a process designed and tested at MICROFLU's own laboratories.
