MF-V6G(9)Flow Photoreactor

The MF-V6G-M(9) photochemical reactor is modular, flexible, expandable and easy to use. It is suitable for liquid-liquid, gas-liquid continuous flow photocatalytic reactions above 280nm. The continuous flow microchannel photocatalytic reactor is combined with a suitable photochemical reactor through optimization and adjustment of the synthesis process, which can eliminate the need for organic solvents for the target reaction, recover acidic reagents to reduce waste and improve safety, and at the same time achieve process enhancement.

Precautions for photochemical reaction system

·The circulating cooling water for liquid cooling should be pure water to prevent impurities from affecting the sealing performance of the water-cooled plate

·The light source should be used in a static electricity environment to prevent static electricity from penetrating the LED lamp beads

·The standard configuration of MF-V6G small-scale photochemical reactor does not provide explosion-proof electrification transformation

·The photochemical reaction system needs to be used within the allowable temperature and pressure range of the complete set of equipment, and compliance testing is required before use to prevent the leakage of toxic liquids or gases, and to ensure the safety of life and property
