MF-MV9 high temperature and high pressure metal microchannel reactor welding type adopts seamless welding technology to realize the welding of the entire plane instead of the welding edge, and the welding strength is much higher than that of resistance welding and butt welding. The process side of the welded metal microreactor adopts the separation shear-combination-separation shear flow channel model, which takes into account the two factors of mass transfer and pressure drop, and maximizes the efficiency of the mass transfer process on the basis of minimizing the pressure drop. At the same time, heat exchange plates with special heat transfer structure are integrated on both sides of the process plate. Through efficient two-way convective heat transfer, the heat in the reaction process is released, and the small-scale and pilot-scale reaction processes can be safely and stably realized.
