Use of static micromixer:

Before using the micromixer, you must fully understand the compatibility of the reagents, including the compatibility of the sealing packing, joints, and the mixer module with the reagents. When the sealing packing and the mixer module are obviously incompatible with the reagents, please do not work, otherwise it will be damaged Micro mixer; when the sealing packing is not compatible with the reagent, please replace the sealing packing material in the micro mixer to meet the requirements of the working conditions; when the joint is not compatible with the reagent requirements, the operation process needs to observe whether there is leakage and the leakage time , Replace the connector in time. From the perspective of safety in use, this operation is not recommended.

Static micromixer cleaning:

When the experimental process is over, please clean the micromixer in time to avoid residual process fluid in the mixer. High-concentration process fluid residue may block the mixer; the order of cleaning solvents is reaction solvent, water, and ethanol. When the mixer is clogged, please disassemble the mixer, immerse it in the cleaning solvent, and clean it with ultrasonic for 0.5-1 hours; at the same time, you can use a soft brush dipped in the cleaning solvent to gently wipe the clogged part of the mixer.

Warning:

Please use it within the specified rated pressure range. If the supplied pressure exceeds 20MPa, the micromixer will be damaged or deformed, causing malfunctions.

Please use it within the specified rated temperature difference range. If the supplied temperature difference exceeds 300K, the micromixer will be damaged or deformed, causing malfunctions.

When feeding solids, please note that the diameter of the solid particles should be less than 10% of the equivalent diameter, and the solid content of the reagent should be less than 5%, otherwise the micromixer may be blocked.

When using the device, do not hit it hard or drop it from a high place. Even if the appearance is not damaged, it may cause malfunction due to damage to the internal parts.
